Aletheia House is looking for an experienced Construction Worker who has experience with residential and commercial construction and performing renovation projects.

Position Summary:
The Construction Worker is responsible for renovating apartment buildings and residential homes. The Construction Worker works closely with the Housing Manager in order to accomplish the mission and service goals of Aletheia House.

Primary Responsibilities:
-To renovate apartment buildings and residential homes.
-Performing renovation projects.
-To properly document services provided in a complete, accurate and timely manner according to agency procedures.
-To report all unusual incidents that may involve program participants, colleagues, crew, building, renovation, or equipment issues to the Housing Manager.
-To maintain a safe working and living environment for program participants and employees by ensuring job safety and practicing OSHA regulations.
-To attend staff meetings and trainings as required by the agency.
-To perform other related activities as assigned by the Housing Manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-Experience with working with residential, commercial construction and renovation projects.
-Ability to perform multiple tasks and priorities.
-Ability to maintain harmonious effective working relationships with other employees.

-Previous experience working within a construction capacity in areas of renovating apartment
Buildings and residential homes.
-Performing Renovation projects.
-Ability to keep sensitive information obtained confidential.

-Requires the physical mobility to sit, stand, walk, and bend for moderate periods of time.
-Requires the physical ability to occasionally carry or lift objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
-Ability to work in conditions that may be extremely hot or cold due to varying seasons of the weather.

**Must have your own tools and transportation**
**Must have excellent driving record as local travel is required**

Job Salary: 
F/T Non-Exempt - Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm - 40 hours per week
